REFUND POLICY

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund of the item.
All products must be unworn and in original new condition that it was received in to be valid, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

1. All web returns must be claimed within 10 days of the date received. All returned products must be in its original & resalable condition that it was received in, with all original documentation, boxes, etc. included.
Customer also have the option to receive store credit for a return item for future purchases.

2. For web exchange the product must be claimed within 30 days of date received and must be in its original condition, a 25% restocking fee maybe applied.

3. There are NO returns or exchange on used parts, closeouts, or special order items.

4. Make sure to insure the product when you ship it back to MLUX Watches facility. If we receive an item that is damaged or your package is lost by the courier, credit will not be valid from MLUX Watches and you must take up the damage claim with the shipping courier. You assume all responsibilities associated with processing and insurance claims with the courier you have selected.

5. All returns or exchanges must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number or we will refuse the shipment. To obtain an RMA number please submit a return form on the website under the "Return policy" section located on the bottom of the page.

6. Please fully inspect your merchandise before you sign for it. Do not sign or accept a package if it shows any signs of damage or is open as the shipping company will not be liable for it after it has been signed for.
If the box does have visible damage inform the delivery carrier right away so they can note it down for reference.
The watches you see in the digital pictures do not resemble the actual product, they are only there for reference. Contrast and color cannot be displayed accurately in the digital pictures.
